We understand how important it is to listen to our patients and to discuss their requirements and expectations. In order to achieve these expectations we will explain all the options available to obtain the best results.
We will give you a clear written estimate of any planned treatment. If there are any changes to your plan we will explain them in advance.
Many patients are anxious and nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist. At this practice both the dentists and the team are very understanding and are excellent at helping any nervous patient to overcome their anxieties. We hope that anyone attending this practice will do so with the minimum of stress.
You will be given the very best care and attention and we will provide high quality treatment as efficiently and gently as possible.
Opening Hours The practice is open Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8.30am-12noon.
Emergencies: We offer a same day emergency service for all patients. This service is also available for patients who are not registered with this practice. When the practice is closed we also offer an emergency number for our regular patients.
Location: A clear map is provided giving directions to the surgery. For further help or any other details you require please phone 01803 853980 and we will be very happy to help you.
Keeping your appointment: We understand that it is not always possible to keep appointments but we would ask you to give us as much notice as possible when cancelling. We generally ask for a least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel.
Car parking: We have our own private car park at the rear of the practice.
We are please to be able to offer our patients various payment alternatives. These will always be discussed in complete confidence.
Treatment is usually paid for on the day it is received. We accept cash, cheques and most major credit cards.
We have our own independent dental plan which allows you, the patient, to select the level of cover you wish to receive. This plan includes cover for routine check-ups, x-rays, visits to the hygienist, extractions, worldwide travel cover; emergency out-of-hours cover and allows discounts of up to 50% off certain treatments.
We are also able to offer interest-free credit payable over 6-12 months.
